Inquiry into Language
Today the students continued to list words that begin with the letter H. They also sang the song of the week, and watched Sesame Street Podcast Letter H.

Science Fair
Today we worked on our science fair experiment. Our class made Elephant Toothpaste. The students guessed what they thought would happen when we add all of the ingredients together. I then I poured hydrogen peroxide, dish soap, and food colouring into a bottle, and I had the students each take a turn mixing water and dry yeast. Once it was mixed well enough, I poured the yeast mixture into the bottle with the rest of the ingredients. The students enjoyed watching the mixture bubble out of the bottle!

We continued our graphing unit today! The students were asked "What is your favourite fruit?" Once they chose their favourite, we put a box above the one they chose
