Reminders:

- Please practice the poems at home with your child.
- The SJA parent guild is spreading cookie love for Valentine's Day. There will be a cookie decorating party on February 14th. You can get 4 cookies for $5, and must be pre-ordered by Friday, February 1st.
- These past two weeks, students have been coming in wearing the wrong uniform. Please remember that Monday and Wednesday are gym uniforms, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are academic uniforms. Students must wear white socks with the gym uniform and navy socks with the academic uniform.

Inquiry into Language
Today the students participated in morning circle with Ms. Fisher's class. We listed words that begin with the letter B, and sang the song of the week.

Today we created pattern mittens! The students were given strips of paper to glue onto a picture of a mitten. They were to made an AB, ABB, or AAB pattern!

Farmers Market
In the morning we went to the Grade 1 Farmers Market! The students enjoyed buying healthy food!
