BBQ forms are due on Friday!!
Check your child's agenda for updates as well, this will get
them into the habit of bringing it home every night. There may not always be
information in the agendas but it is important for them to get into the
routine.

Inquiry into Language
Today the students continued to work on the letter 'S'. We
sang the Jolly Phonics

We also worked on creating an 'S' with Play-Doh, the
students then used the bingo dabber to find the upper and lower case 'S'.
Math
Today we continued to discuss counting to 5. The children
are all able to count to 5, but we discussed how to tell how many of something
there are. For example, there were 5 circles on the board, but they only had to
colour 3 of them.
Inquiry into Who We Are
Today we began talking about healthy foods. As a class, we
went through the bin of food we have, and we sorted it between healthy and not
healthy.

Today we read to ourselves. The students all picked a book,
sat down and went through the pages of the book!
