  • Kinderlime is only for after care. I am not allowed to reply on there anymore. Any questions you have, please feel free to email me 😊
  • Your child's agenda can be found in the bag inside their backpack. There is a form inside for the upcoming BBQ. Please look it over and return it as soon as possible.
  • If you have not done so already, please bring in the paperwork that was given at the orientation. The forms are for photo consent, your child's health history, and who is allowed to pick up your child. These are all very important and I need them right away.
  • If your child wore their name tag necklace home, please bring it back tomorrow!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We had a great day today! There were a few tears, but we made it! It seemed like everyone had a lot of fun throughout the day!
We started off the school day by doing gym with Ms. Yustin! Ms. Fisher and I stayed with them today to help our classes feel comfortable with another new face.
After gym we did our morning circle, and we talked about the days of the week, as well as the weather. We also read a book about Clifford the Big Red Dog and his first day at school! In the story, Clifford went on a boat while at the school. All of the JKs took turns talking about their favourite boats, which led them to talking about different modes of transportation.
We then had recess and lunch.
After lunch the children worked on their name tag necklaces. They used their fine motor skills to put beads onto their strings. The children also had the choice of free play. Some children chose to put a lot of beads on their name tags, and others chose to play.
Once the children were finished with their necklaces, they were able to play until it was time for French!
Once French was finished, the children went out for recess and second lunch. When we returned to the room, we discussed our class agreement and expectations, for example, using their walking feet and inside voice while in the classroom!
The children then had free time to play until it was time to go home.
The students all did so well, and I am looking forward to this year with them!
Have a great night 😊
