This morning the students had gym with Ms. Yustin in Ms. Fishers class. They danced to songs, such as Baby Shark.
After gym, the children went to the washroom and ate their snacks.
Once we were back in the room, we did our morning circle. The children talked about how yesterday was Wednesday, today is Thursday, and tomorrow is Friday. We also counted to 6 today, since it is September 6th.
After morning circle, the children were able to explore the interest centres. The children were interested in blocks, drawing, the food toys, and the butterfly nets.
The students then went out for recess and had lunch! After lunch, they had music with Mr. Flower! They really enjoyed learning about instruments and they sang songs. They then continued with their interest centres. Mlle. Jessica then joined us for French class.
Once French was finished, the students went out for recess and had their second lunch. When we were back in class, the children had the opportunity to use Play-Doh to create the first letter of their name. Some worked on their name, while others created their own ideas, for example, pizza, and a snowman.
The students then packed up and went home!
