Inquiry into Language
Today the students continued to list words that begin with the letter P. The students also watched Sesame Street Letter P Podcast.
Fine Motor/ Daily Five
The students were given white boards with the past letters of the week, and this weeks. They were to try to copy the letters and write them themselves.
Math
I had a two pages printed out with numbers 1-12 randomly placed on fishbowls. I also had a container with goldfish in it. I placed goldfish onto the fishbowl and the students counted, once there was enough goldfish, the students shouted "STOP". They had fun counting the fish!

Inquiry into Who We Are
I had a sheet printed out that was supposed to look like the inside of the mouth. I created "teeth" out of Play-Doh and placed them on the circle. Two students came up at a time and rolled dice, we took away the number of teeth as the dice said. The winner won a house point!
