Reminders:
- Our class is in charge of the bake sale this month! Please bring in enough items for 20 students, and ensure they are nut free. Please bring it on the 30th, the items that are not sold then, will be sold on the 31st! If you have any questions, please let me know.
- As our Halloween dress up day is coming up, please remember a few of our guidelines about costumes at school:
- No masks
- Nothing scary
- No weapons
- Picture day is this Thursday! Students are to wear their full academic uniform. This includes the vest, as the white shirts can become dirty very fast.

Inquiry into Language
We are doing the letters C and K this week. Yesterday, the students made the letter Cc out of Play-Doh, and today we did the letter Kk. The students also watched Olive and the Rhyme Rescue Crew letter C today!

Math
Today we continued to sort. The students had sorted stones by size, colour, and texture. They are learning the different ways that they are able to sort the same items. After the large group activity, I put the students into pairs, and gave them a pile of stones to sort on their own. Some students sorted by colours, others by size, and one group tried to sort by weight!

Inquiry Centres
Today the students had time for inquiry centres, they played with Play-Doh, blocks and the stones as well.
